One Cherry Creek is a Class A office tower that sits within the broader vision of Cherry Creek West, a 13-acre mixed-use redevelopment project in Denver that will reconnect the neighborhood to the creek. It is defined by connection, walkability, wellness, and a more human-centered approach to work. Building on an established brand foundation, our team extended the identity into a fully realized leasing experience, ensuring continuity across every touchpoint. A film, interactive leasing app, 360° pano tour, and visualizations were developed in concert, creating a cohesive framework through which the project can be understood intuitively and that will connect with forward-thinking companies. The result is not just a representation of the building, but a calibrated experience that situates One Cherry Creek within this unique district.
